The Eight Chums: public debut

Last week our friend Kate volunteered to be a Mystery Reader in her daughter Maisy's Kindergarten class. Maisy said that she wanted to "be surprised" by Kate's book choice, so Kate decided to read The Eight Chums go to the Great Wolf Lodge. 

According to Kate and Maisy, the book was an incredible hit with the class.

Maisy told us that one girl said it was the best book she'd ever read. Other kids were impressed by the illustrations. Maisy felt like a celebrity because she was one of the stars of the books.
