We finally arrived at Mom's house around 9:00 pm last night and the girls were so wound up after seeing Grandma Jo. After an hour of playing, we managed to get the girls to bed without much of a fight... and they were both up at 5:30 this morning.
Eva crawled into bed with me and shortly after, I heard Amanda's footsteps and her voice saying,"Where's Grandma Jo? I want to cuddle with Grandma Jo."
That was followed by Eva immediately opening her eyes and saying,"I want to cuddle too!"
So much for sleeping in!
If we can get the wireless connection figured out, I will post more details about the rest of our trip.
