It hit 50* on Sunday so we took a walk to the 'icky gicky mud' part of the beach.
Two days until the braces go on, so I thought this was funny.
Eva and Liam were brave enough to wade into the water, briefly.
Amanda hummed to the periwinkles and watched them slowly emerge from their shells.
The Christmas tree 'cemetery', where the town dumps all of the discarded trees. It smells so good!
My favorite shot of the day
We walked all the way to the Rexhame Beach parking lot before heading back to the Julian Street bridge. Even though it was warm, the wind was really hurting my ears.
On Monday, it hit a glorious 70* and it was as if everyone had come out of hiding. The runners and motorcyclists were all out enjoying the respite from cold weather. On Tuesday, it was back down to 50*. No cold or snow in the forecast, and the groundhog predicts an early spring. It sure feels that way!
