Dave finished the trim in the girls' new bedroom yesterday and moved the beds/dressers in last night. When we were finished, we brought Amanda and Eva up for the "unveiling."
Wow, were they surprised! I wish I had gotten some of it on video!
The best part is, every one of us got a good night's sleep!
One of my main tasks for the day will be getting the old bedroom cleaned and organized. What used to be Amanda's bedroom will now be the Playroom/Reading Room and the arrangement should give us some much needed space.
Other than that, today will be spent doing last minute cleaning, grocery shopping and a few other errands. Hopefully Dad and Reda will have an easy trip up without any delays or other problems. They sure are coming at the right time. The weather the next few days is supposed to be fantastic, with highs near 80* on Saturday and Sunday. Let's hope the forecast is accurate!
