They have been a tremendous help to us as we work our way through the "To Do List", in the form of Post It notes on the fridge. Dad has put in umpteen hours of yardwork, burning brush and other hard labor chores. Reda has spent the same amount of time watching the kids, doing puzzles, playing games and reading books with them.
Liam seems especially smitten with Grandma Reda, although he has also grown fond of Grandpa Clint and likes to hold his finger with a death grip.
He has definitely been spoiled with love, affection, and plenty of rocking. He's been a very happy little guy!
On Saturday, we had a Surf and Turf cookout - complete with lobsters, steak tips and some juicy burgers. Lobsters have become the tradition each time Dad visits, so it's a treat for all of us. Reda is not fond of lobsters, so we joked about auctioning hers off.
More to come in the next post...
