The girls had the opportunity to walk in our town's Veterans Day parade this morning, along with the rest of their Razzle Dazzle Dance Studio.The parade started at the fairgrounds, walked past our house and then stopped at Veterans Park for the ceremony. That made it very convenient for us, since the younger kids were supposed to join in on the parade at the conclusion of the ceremony.
The girls really had fun doing the parade. They waved their flags and marched holding hands for the entire parade. I wondered if Eva would make it the whole mile but at the end, she said she wasn't tired at all.
After we made our way out of the traffic chaos at Library Plaza, I took the girls to PapaGino's for lemonade and a slice of pizza.
They are already looking forward to next year!
