One day we counted 100 Fruit Loops, and had to come up with three clues so her class could try and guess what items were in the secret bag.
Yesterday we had to find four more household items, and count to 100 by 10's. We counted M&M's, chocolate chips, Kix cereal and crayons. Eva helped with the counting, which made it a little bit faster. For her assignment, Amanda had to draw a picture and write a sentence about each item that we counted. That's a lot of homework for a Kindergartner!

Eva's assignment for Preschool today was much easier: Bring your favorite Teddy Bear or lovey. Ah yes, Teddy Bear Day. As Amanda said,"Eva, don't tell me anything about it. I will be jealous."
Eva brought her beloved dog "Sparkly" (aka "Lassie", depending on the day and Eva's mood). Eva even dressed her for the occasion in the little blue skirt Omi had sewed for her, which matches Eva's nightgown.

Mom, you'll notice that Eva is wearing the mismatched tights from you. She LOVES them! As soon as she spots them in the clean laundry pile, she grabs them. Also, you can see her specially designed 'dinosaur dress.' She has decorated her outfits with dinosaur stickers the past two days.

We are all caught up on homework for the time being. Whew!
